Community Gatherings

Since March 2021, elly kalfus, our Community Enrichment Coordinator has been facilitating twice monthly, free gatherings for our Skills for Life clients.
Clients have met both in-person and online to share space, spend time and connect about what feels meaningful.
This fall, we plan to reboot these groups given our ever-changing environment and to better meet the needs of all interested participants.
We invite the feedback of all clients who have engaged so far and of those who might be interested in joining.
Please stay tuned for calendar of gatherings this fall!

Coming Soon: Disability Justice Workshop with elly kalfus

Also beginning in fall 2021, members of our Skills for Life organization will be teaming up with students and staff from Ivy Street to create a space for clients and students to explore disability justice.
Staff, clients and students will learn together and take action steps to cultivate opportunities to support advancement, pride and justice in this moment of momentum.
